I came here with my mum. The location was great and beautiful - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go. The restaurant was nice and the food was hot. Enjoyed my really great stay for a second night...

Comfortable bed in the superior king room, plus coffee and a lounge. Luxury bathrooms with a walk-in shower. Perfect location in a particularly good area near aquarium, shopping centres and event site, and so close to shops.

The front desk staff were always lovely in greeting us when coming and going.

There were blood stains on the sheets in our upgraded beautiful king room.

I ordered a rogan josh for dinner, the curry was beautiful, but the rice though was dry and tough like it had been re-microwaved a few times.

The location was great next to dfo and other venues within walking distances. The services were great. The staff were nice and friendly and greets you every time.

The food range could be better or more varieties. The breakfast buffet was very plain. Also most hotels I have stayed provided disposal slippers to walk around in, you didn’t have any. It’s only minor and a suggestion but would come handy

I loved the convenient access to the South Melbourne Market and the picturesque views at the Shrine of Remembrance, both just a short stroll away. The staff were very friendly, and the room wasnice and neat.

Location was ideal for the purpose of my trip to Melbourne. I did not have breakfast

Modern design shines through with spacious rooms? Check. Large windows provide fine views of the cityscape? Absolutely.

Pillows too soft for comfort. Breakfast layout could use serious rethinking as food items blend into the chaos, and waiting for hot options like bacon can stretch patience thin. Finding signage and accessing parking can also get confusing, leaving you guessing. Toiletries were sparse with no toothpaste or even cold drinking water provided, forcing an awkward sipping session from the bathroom tap.
